Orders and Confirmation

After completing the order and payment, it will be confirmed via a message sent to email or WhatsApp.

Order Policy

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours from the time the order is confirmed.
Orders cannot be modified after payment, except within the first 1–2 hours from the time of purchase.
Please ensure that the information entered (name, address, phone number) is correct to avoid any delays.

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, items cannot be returned or exchanged in order to maintain health and safety.
Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or does not match the order. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide clear photos of the product.
If approved, the customer will be compensated with a replacement product or store credit.
NJ Beauty does not bear any responsibility if the product has been opened or used.

Delivery

Delivery within the UAE takes one business day.
A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
